Take Charge of Your Own Well-being: Learn to Nourish Your Mind, Body and Soul

Life and wellness coach Deborah Jestin will help participants better understand the challenges that are standing in their way of becoming the healthiest version of themselves.

This workshop will inspire and motivate you to develop strategies that help nourish your mind, body and soul. Everyone will receive a 3-month wellness planner, with participants creating a personal accountability action plan. There also will be the opportunity to participate in an optional online follow-up designed to help you take charge of your own well-being.
